... By Sarah Illustration

It was my friends Wedding and as one of the Bridesmaids, I wanted to give them something special, something a bit different to what you can buy on the high street , so after some thought I had an idea!

My friend's sister Sarah is a really talented Illustrator so I thought I would ask her to do a personal commissioned picture, not only will I have a unique piece of artwork to give to my friend but at least I know I am helping her out a bit too 🙂

It seemed fitting to do  something Egyptian themed because the Wedding was held there, so here is what we came up with...

I absolutely loved it and so did Charlotte and Paul! They have framed it in a lovely black frame and will go on their bedroom wall.

Sarah is brilliant at what she does and has a great selection of prints that you can buy. Or if you can't see anything that is quite perfect for what you want, then she can do a personal commission for you. Most of her Illustrations use fine liner and pencil but some pieces bring in pops of colour with bright water colours. Definitely one to watch! Whether it be a piece of art for yourself, a greeting card, a gift for a dear friend ... use your imagination and I'm sure she can create whatever it is that you are after. Sarah displayed her work for the first time at an arts and crafts market  called @CapstansBazaar , the photo below shows her stand.
