I confess. I'm a stationery addict. I'm the busiest I've ever been in my life and my stationery addiction has gotten out of control. I've become dependant on writing lists to just get by in life and the withdrawal symptoms I'm experiencing when I can't find my new pen and note pad are unbearable.

I've decided to start a new blog series where I write about the things I'm obsessed with at the moment; I thought you might like to see my top picks of favourite products, trends or interiors that I'm lusting over. I've bought lots of stationery recently, so my first blog of the series is all about my favourite stationery and homeware to stay organised!

If you're like me and have a brain like a sieve then you may also rely on writing lists to remember everything you need to do. I believe there is nothing better than having a good quality traditional pen and note pad, despite having technology at our finger tips. You can't quite compare the feeling of satisfaction that you get when you tick something off the to do list. Does anybody else write things down after you've done it, just so you can tick it off to get that rewarding feeling?!

Here are some of my favourite homeware and stationery finds available at the moment to help you stay organised.

Black Marble & Brass Alarm Clock - Cox and Cox - £40  Buy Here

Cox and Cox have a great range of functional and beautiful pieces for your home office;  how lovely is this alarm clock? This would sit perfectly on my desk and I'd personally use this to set myself deadlines for each task each hour. I often find myself getting engrossed in something for far too long so this would act as a little reminder to move onto something else.

Concrete Desktop Planter - Utility Design - £27 Buy Here

How cool is this planter from Utility Design?! It's serves as a multi-functional desk accessory; a pen holder, nice ornament and paper weight all in one. I love succulents as I'm rubbish at keeping plants alive, and these beauties don't need much watering at all.

Magnetic Glass Whiteboard - Teacher Boards - Sale £58.20  Buy Here

I was sent this magnetic glass white board as a gift by a company called Teacher Boards and they sell a large range of white boards and pin boards for work or your home. It's taken me a while to get this up on the wall but here it is finally! Tadaaaa. I really like it because it's quite discreet and blends in with a white wall. Pin boards are generally functional and often don't look great but this one looks really neat.

Magnetic To Do List Clipboard - Paperchase - £7  Buy Here

This cute magnetic clipboard, note pad is from Paperchase! I'm totally obsessed with Paperchase's selection of colourful stationery and went a little bit crazy buying all sorts in the sale last week. It's a perfect kitchen fridge accessory to keep your life in order, and if you have a project on the go, the clipboard element makes this note pad so much more functional.

Lamy Gold Fountain Pen - Paperchase - £47.50 Buy Here

This Lamy fountain pen is really stylish and a great pen option to take notes during a deal making meeting. I find myself collecting freebie pens from all the events I go to, but it would be nice to actually own a high quality pen that isn't branded with a business name or a typical Bic! These pens write so smoothly and I really want one! I love this yellow, but they come in so many other colours ranging from blue, grey, pink, cream and green to name just a few.

Chalk Board Wall Paint - B&Q - Rustoleum Paint - £12 Buy Here

Stay organised by writing to do lists on your walls! This picture above is a picture of my downstairs bathroom from my last house. Chalk board paint looks great in a small room like this, but also would look cool in a home office or kitchen; by your fridge in a floor to ceiling strip on one wall or next to your desk. I bought my chalk board paint from B & Q!

One Line A Day Journal - Waterstones - £12 Buy Here

I bought the Living well version of this journal last year and I love it. It leaves you space to write a line each day over a five-year period. You can write your goals, reflections, quotes, memories or inspirations each day. Have a look at my original post 'Goals - inspired by Lawrence Jones'

Cox and Cox - Wooden Letter Rack - £75 Buy Here

Screen Shot 2017-07-15 at 11.52.05.png

I love this rustic letter rack;  it's great to organise your bits and bobs on your desk. I always end up with letters piled up and they end up getting misplaced so this is the perfect solution to keep them all in one place.
